I got this phone mainly for the headset jack so I could use it with my headset.
Sadly, the volume is considerably lower using the headset than using the handset. I called Support and they said that was normal.
Other than that it's an excellent phone with many fine features. If you don't need to use the headset jack, it'll work just fine for you.
